The Story
I started LowerMyCommercialTax.com after watching commercial property owners consistently overpay on their taxes — not because they couldn't fight it, but because they didn't know how, didn't have time, or didn't trust the process.
Texas appraisal districts use mass-appraisal models that routinely overvalue commercial properties. The data errors are common. The valuations are often inflated. And the protest process — while public and available to anyone — requires specific expertise to execute effectively.
My approach is straightforward: I only take cases I think I can win. I use a rigorous evidence-based approach — income analysis, comparable sales, equity arguments — and I work entirely on contingency. If I don't deliver a reduction, you pay nothing. That's the only model I'm willing to operate on.
